By using Roemio (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roemio. If you are under 13 you may not use the app or create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:
Live photo rule: conquest photos can only be captured live; no gallery uploads. Tools to report objectionable content and block users are available in the App. Infringing content and accounts may be removed/terminated without notice.
You are responsible for the photos you upload and names you enter. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this content within the App. You represent that your content does not infringe others' rights.
In-app purchases (coin packs, Season Pass, Roemio Pro, etc.) are processed through the Apple App Store. Consumable items (coins) are non-refundable once used; refunds are subject to Apple's policy. Prices may change.
Roemio Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
The App, its design, brand, and content (excluding user content) belong to Roemio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime within the App.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not liable for indirect damages. Your physical safety is your responsibility — play while staying aware of your surroundings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.
These Terms are a contract between you and Roemio only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
